Hi all,
I've had a new recurring issue in which new subscribers aren't able to completely sign up for their accounts. They complete the form, and the account is created on the backend, but they payment is not processed by authorize.net and the account is not activated.
Has anyone else had this occur? Have you found a solution?

Could you please ask him to see whether he receives any error message so that we can check it further ?

The problem is that only new subscribers have the issue--so I have no way of contacting them in advance to ask about the error message they might receive because I don't know who they are or when they're subscribing. I have had this happen to several people, and I have to call them and take payment over the phone. The website creates their account but does not process their subscription, so they have no way to access the site. They also do not receive the notification/activation email that their account has been created,
Without the error message, what can we do at this point?

The only way is that you try to subscribe to a recurring subscription plan on your site to see whether it works? If it doesn't work, please tell me what you see on the screen so that we can check it further

In this case, the error message is not clear. Maybe there is something wrong with your Authorize.net account. In this case, please try to contact Authorize.net and ask them for the reason of the error. They will check and tell you the reason so that we can check it further
