Remainder email without field name and last name

Remainder email without field name and last name was created by Franco
Hello
Today the system sent the first reminder email to my user, to allert that subscription will expire in 6 days
The strange is that in email there is not the filds [FIRST_NAME] [LAST_NAME], infact mail starts just with "Gentile"(Dear)
You can see in the screenshot the configuration of first reminder mail and what I received.
Why that?? what is the problem??
