Stripe Not Taking Honouring Coupons

Hi

We've setup a Stripe account, processed payments and then we created a couple of coupons but for some reason OS Membership was showing the discounted amount and even sending that to Stripe (I checked in console) but for some reason Stripe is taking the full amount.

Now I know this probably isn't anything to do with OS Membership Pro but I'm wondering if it's a problem you've come across before.

Here are some other methods we have tried:

• Creating coupons on Stripe → Not honoured
• Deleting the payment plans that Stripe creates automatically → Not honoured
• Recreating the plans → Also not honoured

So herein lies my problem: How do we get Stripe to honour the net price sent over by OS Membership Pro...?

This is still an ongoing issue and I wondered if you'd come across it before.

I've since created a new Stripe account and got the following error when we tried to process a subscription:



I then logged into Stripe, created a plan and still the same error.

Thoughts...?

Seems there is something wrong with the settings. It seems you deleted the Stripe subscription plan related to Membership Pro plan and it causes this error. If you trust me, maybe we can talk directly on Skype? You give me access to your site and your Stripe account so that I can check the settings and make sure it is valid ?

Did this ever get resolved? I set up my Stripe account and it is sending the full amount as opposed to the gross amount from the coupon code. Product cost $100 coupon code save $50 Stripe still processes $100.

The second time worked.. Not sure why.

Maybe I did something wrong. For now I will continue to test. If I still have problems I will report back.
