Hi,
I am using offline payment plugin. When the user tries to subscribe, they get a "Invalid subscription code" error and the user data does not reflect into the database. However, the user gets the email and so does the webmaster (as configured). Please help.

also getting a database error when updating user information (that was added through admin access) after logging.

Hi

You are using version 2.0.4 ? If so, there was a bug addressed yesterday, so if it is please access to My Downloads menu item, see your order and download latest version from there to upgrade to your site.

Also, please go to Extensions -> Plugins Manager, find and unpublish the plugin "OS Membership - Easy Profile plugin" (You don't use Easy Profile on your site, so no need to publish that plugin)

After that, the error will be gone !
