Special Groups was created by Sharon
Hi Tuan,
Is there a way I can use Membership Pro to setup a different group of members? I have all our members in group called MEMBERS. Can I do another group called State Members?
If so, will that be separate from my Members group?
Would I be able to merge the 2 into a csv file?
Thanks.
Sharon

Hi Sharon
To be honest, I don't really understand your question. Please explain more details about it so that I can understand and give you the answer

Hi Tuan,
Yeah, I was not clear - sorry about that.
Under User Groups - I setup a group called Members - which I setup through Membership Pro. This will be our existing members and new members.
We also have a group - that we call "State Members". They are able to access a certain part of our website that others can't. They do not have to pay anything for this. We were just wondering if we could use Membership Pro to create a State Group.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks.

Hi Sharon
Still not very clear to me. How you want Membership Pro to create that group ?
Usually, in Membership Pro, users will have to sign up for a subscription plan so that he can be assigned to the groups selected for that plan. If they don't sign up for any plans, Membership Pro could not do anything in this case,

Hi Tuan,
In this case - would we just be able to add them to that "State Group" ourselves using Membership Pro?
I know it is confusing so let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks.

The question is how you want to add them to that "State Group" ? When they sign up for one of your subscription plan ?
Please give me more detailed requirement. It is confusing to me and I still don't understand what you are trying to do
If you could not explain your details requirement to me, It will be very hard for me to guide you to setup it in a proper way
