States not listed

Good afternoon. I have created my plans with custom fields. However, on the states field, none of the states are listed for any country. I have ensured that the States custom field is select as a type "State". All the states are published as well. Currently running version 2.0.3.

Any help would be appreciated.

Check to see if you have any errors on this page? I just ran into this problem a couple of minutes ago, and had to edit my htaccess in order to get the States Option Box to work. My htaccess was blocking a JS from loading. You may be having the same problem as I was...

You should add a .htaccess file to your site in order to protect your website from getting hacked!

I also have this problem and using 2.0.8. Did this problem ever get solved? If so how?

There might be some javascript conflict causing this issue. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check and solve it for you

You have to go through your htaccess file. comment out each line one at a time to find the line thats causing the problem...

It a Javascript Conflict and there something in your htaccess file or you need to setup a htaccess to load things the way you want it...
