Bug after upgrade to v 2.0.2

I have a homepage in between the registration page!

The problem is the registration field "State"

After disabling "state" it all goes well , but when its enabled the website repets itself like a iframe in the medle of the registration form, just after "state"

I did waiting on the fix thanks.

I just had this same issue and I did I not modify the "state" field or any other field. The script had been working fine and then, for no apparent reason, it froze up in the middle of the registration form and overlaid an apparent iframe of my home page on the middle of the registration data form. I had to reinstall the extension to correct the problem. Since I don't want to reinstall the extension again from scratch, have you any ideas yet what has caused this problem and how to avoid it from happening again?
