Subscription Message

Hi Tuan,

I did a test for OFFLINE payment - seems to work good but got this message when I hit Process Subscription




I am sure it is just a setting somewhere. Can you help me with this?

ALSO - How do they submit payment for offline subscriptions?

Go to System -> Global Configuration, look at Server tab, Mail Settings section, make sure you set "Send Mail" setting to Yes and it should solve the issue with the email. I think it set to No for now for some reasons

For receiving offline payment, your subscribers must sent to you manually, via bank....

So you will need to go to Membership pro -> emails & Messages, customize the offline payment email message to guide them to make payment
