hi, this is my pricing policy
- first month customer pay € 90,00 for installation and € 19,00 for license
- from the second month, up to 12 month customer pay monthly just € 19,00 for license
- i need a monthly recurring payment so customer not needs to renew manually
- the license duration is 12 months and in the end the customer can renew it for another 12 months
please asap check the screenshot and tell me if it's correct

Hi Andrea
The settings is incorrect. The subscription length should be 1 month. The number payments must be 13 (12 monthly payments + first month payment)
Please correct it and it should work well

hi, tx for your fast reply, as you imagin is very important for me and i should ask you at the beginning, not now 
anyway, please reply me also to these questions:
1. why 13 for number payments? the license is 12 months included first month
2. if i change now as you adviced what's happen for payments done?

Hi
1. I thought you need total 13 payments. So in this case, please change it to 12
2. For existing payment, it is already registered with Paypal, so we have no way to change it. Maybe you can cancel the recurring payment from your Paypal account and ask these existing subscribers to re-signup. That's the only way for now

hi, tx for your patience, ok i proceede as you adviced me but please clarify me these points:
1. i modified 13 to 12 so i have first trial month and 11 months. right?
2. now i need to create a new plan without trial period for payments done and ask to my customers to do another subscription. please look the screenshot for new plan i did
3. i have also to stop payment done on my paypal account but on my paypal account i need to suspend or annull payments done? i think suspend right?

#1 and #2=> Yes. It is correct now .
#3=> I don't remember exactly about this as I don't receive recurring payment in My Paypal account. Subspend or Cancel (if it is available) should be correct. To make sure, maybe you can try to call Paypal and ask them about it
