No way to couple community builder to membership p was created by Paul
Hi,
So I read the documentation, searched the forum, read anything I could find, and got nowhere.
It seems so simple I read:
" ... 1. Go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, find the config option Integration, set it to Community Builder
2. Then go to Membership Pro -> Custom Fields, edit each custom field you want to map with the fields in Community Builder. Look at Field Mapping property, and choose the field in Community Builder which will be mapped with this field in Membership Pro
After that, when users sign up via Membership pro, membership pro will create an account for him in Community Builder. That's how it works
Tuan"
My problem:
I activated lots of membership pro plugins, one of them a cb plugin: nowhere it says that you need to do this: or did I miss that somehow? The documentation skips more than it describes in my experience.
2. I looked to find this "config option Integration": it is NOT there. What is there, in the tab Configuration, is a field called "Registration Integration". I click this, but nowhere is there a setting to choose Community Builder.
As the integration with Community Builder with 190 users registered inside) was for me the crucial factor in deciding to buy the component I am now stalled. Right at the start.
Any help much appreciated.
Thank you.
Greetings,
Paul

Found my way.
The Integration tab is nothing to do with integration with other components, it seems simply to be the ability to include previously registered Joomla users.
Once CB plugin is activated then the CB fields are visible in the custom fields listings so mappings can be done.
