calculations regarding EU VAT (taxes)

Lately I used Membership Pro for our website in order to create subscription plans for our services. Unfortunately, I experienced some problems regarding taxes charging for EU customers. As you can see from the attachment following, it not possible to project VAT for the Deposit price because there is not such field, Subscription price VAT is always zero, and VAT is not calculated to the gross mount. Please offer me some advice because I'm not familiar with Membership Pro.

It will requires setup EU VAT Rules and also a field to allow subscribers to enter a VAT Number. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can setup it for you?
