Can some one have more that one subsription

I have an organization that has a parent organization and sub chapters. Is there a way a member can join the parent organization (subscriptions) and join sub subscriptions?

The extension allow subscribers to sign up for any plans they want (there is no limitation about how many plans a subscriber can sign up for). Not sure it answers your question ?

Are you required to complete a totally new subscriptions form or can you attache it to your original membership. If so, how to you get round the unique email requirement.

OK, let me explain. I have a Plan that is our "parent Plan" that everyone has to join and pay dues. We have numerous sub plans for different specialties that have an additional dues structure.

So if I have say a ABC Baseball Team plan that everyone has to join and I have sub plans say:
Players
Fans
Admin
Staff

I want to join this organization I sign up for ABC Baseball Team and I also want to be a member of the Players group.
ABC Baseball team
Players

How do I do that?
Do I have to sign up all over again or can I log on to my sign in page and join another plan?
How do I keep them separate?
