How do you prevent the reminder first and second reminder e-mails from getting sent? Do I just leave the fields blank in the e-mail customizations section?

Hi Kevin
1. If you want to disable reminders for all plans, just go to Extensions -> Plugins Manager, find and unpublish the plugin "OS Membership Reminder"
2. If you just want to disable it for a specific plan, just edit that plan, set "Send First Reminder" and "Send second Reminder" properties of that plan to 0 and reminder will be disabled for that plan only
