Reminders not being sent.

It is a Joomla system plugin. It will be run each time there is someone access to your site. However, the plugin doesn't send reminder every time your site is run. It only process sending reminder of the current time compare to the last time it process sending is more than 30 minutes.

Does that mean each time someone logs in, or someone enters the site and simply selects a menu, or something else?

It is just someone access to your site. Just when your site is accessed by someone else, the plugin will be triggered and the reminder emails will be sent

There is still some limittation with the plugin and I am working on it. I will try to have the perfect solution within this week
