Registration/Subscription Form in OS Membership Pr was created by andreahill
Hi Tuan - another terrific extension here. It's my third from you, and I love it as much as I expected. One important question though. I know the Subscription/Registration form is not modifiable, and I'm not a strong PHP programmer. But there are two things that would make this a much better commercial application - because ease of registration/subscription is a major component of completed transactions. First thing (most important) -is there a way to remove the "discount amount" and "gross amount" from the form, either completely or for those subscriptions that don't have a discount? Showing a "0" discount creates an unsatisfied customer must at the point when you want them to be excited. Second thing. Can the form be made either smaller or in two columns? When people see that it takes up a whole page, they are likely to abort. There are several studies out that show the faster/easier the registration the higher the close rate. That's it! Thanks.

Hi
1=> Unless there is possible to get discount (for example, you enable coupon code feature), the extension won't display discount amount and gross amount fields. Maybe you are using coupon feature on your site ?
2=> Not possible for now. But I will consider adding support for it in the next release. Not much work, and I agree that in case you have more fields, two columns will be better !

Thanks!
Yes, I had turned on the coupon function, but I'll turn it off for now. If I use coupons, it would be a very limited use. I'm not sure the benefit would be worth the irritation for the majority of the people who would see they weren't getting a discount.
And thanks for adding the display issue to your consideration list.
