Showing module names rather than headings was created by Dale Grimm
It is showing OSM_SUBSCRIPTION_FORM_HEADING rather than the text for the heading. All headings are like this.

Hi Dale

Maybe the language file is broken for some reasons. Could you please submit a support ticket sending me super admin account of your site so that I can check to see what's wrong and get it sorted ?
