Setup advice

Hi,

I want to use membership pro to allow users to download software updates.

The key part that I haven't worked out is i want the user to enter the serial number of their product when the subscribe.. I tried adding this in as a custom field, however i have users with multiple serial number for multiple products.. Therefore the serial number needs to be tied to the subscription plan somehow... I cannot see how this can be done?

I don't see how serial number can be tied with the subscription plan (to be honest, I still don't understand exactly how you want it to work).

So please explain more details about your requirement so that I can think about it and find a solution
