Importing Multiple Users + Adding Subscription(s)

We're almost ready to go love with our site and will need to do the following:

1. Import multiple Joomla users
2. Add subscription(s) for these users

1. Can be achieved relatively easily using UserPort as I have used this before but as I have never done this with OS Membership pro I was wondering how we might manage (2)...?

If you have list of subscribers in a CSV file, I would suggest you to use CSV import feature in Membership Pro to import these subscribers. Here is the link which explain how it works joomdonation.com/forum/membership-pro/23...s-from-csv-file.html

Please try to look at it to see whether you can import using that feature?

We have a problem with the CSV upload:

When we upload users and set a subscription start and end date the subscription needs to be made active through the admin area.

For some reason, even if we set the subscription start date a day ago or more it still shows up as inactive.

Any thoughts...?

What's the value of published column ? Please make sure the value of that column is 1 and subscription will be set as active

`published` is indeed set to '1' but the subscription is showing as inactive.

That's strange. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can quick check your data?
