The security code you entered is invalid

on the subscription page under
Payment Information
at the bottom is a required field "Security Code* " but with no field to enter anything plus which security code would this be

this is error message upon processing:
"The security code you entered is invalid"

That mean your captcha setup is incorrect for some reasons. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site

I will ask my dev to check and setup it for you
