I created a new menu item and linked to subscriber form but nothing shown, and i d-chked on captcha on both joomla end and member pro. any ideas how to make the form shows up.

Hi

I don't have any clue why it happens. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us the link to the page and super admin account of your site

I am going to check to see what's wrong and get it sorted

I had the same problem and i solved it by ReInstalling the component on top !!! :-)
