For some reason when I create a coupon and try using the percentage feature, it always converts it to dollars. As an example, I have a coupon that would give 25% off, however when signing up and we put the coupon code in, it shows $25 off instead of 25%. I checked the coupon settings and it is set for % however it is not working. I would appreciate any assistance with this.
