post upgrade to 1.7.1 registration integration iss was created by Pete Willingham
After the upgrade to 1.7.1 the last 2 members to join my club have not automatically had Joomla accounts created even though membership integration is set to yes.
are there any things I should check?

I am sorry. I don't have any clue why this happens. Could you please try to sign up yourself to see whether the system create an account for you or not?
