We purchased OS Membership yesterday and got it all installed. We activated the appropriate plugins however are having issues. We have 10 different plans that we created all of which allow people to access online training once they pay. With that said, we noticed that when their account expires, they can still log in and access the information. Perhaps we're configuring it incorrectly but it doesn't seem to be working. We want to configure it so that when someone signs up, they have to pay using (PayPal) before their account can be activated. Once the payment is process (ie. Approved) then they can log in and view the subscription information. Once their subscription expires, we want it so that when they log in, they can not access the subscription information unless they resubscribe. We have looked over the documentation and are having some issues as to how to configure this. We would appreciate any assistance with this as we have to launch this site asap.
