Invalid Token error was created by Shane French
Just installed and am configuring. Upon trying to test out purchasing a subscription, I get a white page with Invalid Token error after I submit the format with payment details, etc.

I do have Joomla caching turned on, and am using Varnish.

I read in the forums that one of your other products has trouble with cache turned on. Hoping that this is not the case - we need cache as we are a high traffic site. I can turn cache off for logged-in members (so there isn't a problem with user detail pages, etc)

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Shane

I was able to get this to work by forcing ssl and a couple of other cookie tricks.

Could you please share exactly what you did ? This is a common problem with Joomla and right now, we (Joomla) don't have a clear solution for it yet

If you could share what you did, that would be great.

Hmm, I'm trying to think of a way this could be done natively. Unless someone happens to be using nginx, Varnish cache and SSL (which I'm guessing 99.9% of people are not), I'm not sure how you would do this.

OK Shane. It is a complicated problem and right now, we don't have a good solution for it, unfortunately. I think we can develop a customized version of Joomla cache plugin so that it allows exclude some URLs from being cache. That would solve part of the issue.

Tuan

Contact Fotis Evangelou over at Joomlaworks/Nuevvo (creator of K2). He can definitely help fix this issue for you.

Infact, it is not a problem with Membership Pro. It is a general problem with Joomla itself, If he has a solution, I guess he should propose it to Joomla :).
