after upgrade the first plane not expired

I have a problem with upgrade of subscription.
Infact after upgrade form plan A to Plan B, tha plan A stay activeted, It doesn't expired.
But your documentatio says: "When subscriber upgrade from a subscription plan to a higher subscription plan:
Their old subscription will be expired
A new subscription for the higher plan will be expired

I dont understand or i have some problem?

1. Are these two plans are onetime subscription plan or recurring subscription plans ?

2. When you upgrade, did you make payment for the upgrade ? The subscription record of plan B is active or Pending now ? Please note that plan A will only be expired after you make payment for the upgrade (or in case you use offline payment, you need to change status of the subscription record for plan B to active before the subscription record for plan A expired)

2. the method payment was offline, But also changing tha status of plane B in activated, The first stay activeted too.

I think I found the error. Could you get this file, unzip it, upload to administrator/components/com_osmembership/models and check it again ?
