Error 1054 when i activate new Subscriber

Error 1054 when i activate new Subscriber was created by Christos Valsamidis
When i use the Subscriber Manager - Edit Subscriber to Activate a new Subscriber i chnge the status to Activated and then i click on save button i get the following error message (screenshot).
After visiting the same page again i see that the account is activated after this but registration fields do not synchronize with the Jomsocial Field mapping.

Hi Christos
For some reasons, the field title_en is not created on the database table #__osmembership_plans and that's the rason causing the error. Are you using latest version (1.7.1)? Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check and correct it for you

Yes, version is 1.7.1 .
