Bad Link to validate subscription

Hello,

In steps of account creation, I sent email with link for user email validation. This link don't work, I have error 403 access denied. Please find link below:
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/my-site/component/users/...tion.activate&token= ................

note that folder ..../component/users doesn't exist and the site is in french.

Please, could you help me, I don't understand the reason and not yet found any information about this problem.

Hi Gerard

I think the reason is because you disable Users Registration on your site. Login to backend of your site, go to Users -> Users Manager, click on Options button in the toolbar

Then set "Allow User Registration" config option to Yes. After that, it should work as expected
