To change the access to plane i need logout

Hello
I have 2 planes of subscription
1) subscription
2) subscription plus
The second plane is accessible only for user had the plan 1, Everything works good.
My problem is that user after buying the plan 1 (by offline method), to see the second plan They need to log-out and log in.
In configuration of Memebership pro I checked the voice "SI" on Auto reload user groups, but nothing change.
What can I do?? there is a solutions?

Back to your question, seems the first plan is a free subscription plan? If so, could you try to get this file, unzip it, upload to components/com_osmembership/models folder and check it again ?
