user activation

Hi ,
There is some issue :
1. offline payment complete admin activate the user and save, it's disconnected from the admin panel as attachment .
2. user after activate didn't integrate with joomla user manager . Coz I've create a user group call "surber" all the user after activate can go this user group and use my services .could you check .
