Frontend Members List not showing "Free" Members

Frontend Members List not showing "Free" Members was created by Niko
Hello
I have a plan that is for "free" and is lifetime subscription. I have done a test to see if the users subscribed to that plan will be listed on the Members List on the front end, and they are not.

Am I missing a setting?
