Renewal notice emails not being received was created by Amy
Hi,
I have the site to send renewal notice emails to subscribers 30 days and 15 days prior to the date their subscription expires, but it seems most of the subscribers are telling us they are not receiving them. Can you assist? I attached a screenshot of my settings under the subscription plan.

Hi Amy

Could you please go to Extensions -> Plugins Manager, find and make sure the plugin "OS Membership Reminder" is published?
