Re Captcha Question

I added a re-captcha to my form, it works fine on all my computers. However I received a call from one of my subscribers and he could not see the re-captcha, it just wasn't there which did not allow him to complete the form. So I logged on and I could see it. Now my question, he works for a government entity, could his system be blocking the re-captcha? Is there a wok around? Should I just use a plan captcha, if so how do I turn off the re-captcha and turn on the standard captcha. Thanks

I am afraid of I don't know the answer for this question. Recaptcha is widely used, so I don't know why he could not see it while everyone sees it.

In this case, I am afraid of you will have to turn of recaptcha to allows him to process the subscription, then turn on it again (I know it is not good but that's the only solution for now)

We don't have standard captcha. Right now, we just use Joomla core captcha system
