Cant have separate forms for two different plans?

This is really driving me crazy, my client is waiting for a site and I cannot get OS MEMBERSHIP PRO to allow two different sign up forms even though they are two separate plans. The first plan is free and I only want a name field and email address. The second plan a pay plan and I want more information, such as address, city state and zip. The system wont let me create different sign up pages. I make the first one, for the free plan, then i go make the second one, for the pay plan, and when i look on the site, the free plan always has all the fields of the paid plan!! It happens every time. Is this a bug? Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Go to Membership Pro -> Custom Fields, edit a custom field and choose the plans you want that custom field to be available and it should work well

Could you please try ? If it still doesn't work, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check it directly on your site

Thank you, I did not realize that you could click on each field and designate which form. I was using your dropdown at the top right of the custom fields list page, i thought that you were supposed "unpublish" the fields you dont want.
