Change display of subscription options?

We'd like to offer a tiered subscription pricing: pay for 3/6/12 months in advance and the price changes.

Is there a way to set this up in Membership Pro? The current way we're doing this is displaying three different subscription choices - but is there a way to create something like a single type of subscription and then maybe a pull-down for the payment type (monthly, quarterly, etc.)?

I am sorry. I missed your question. Unfortunately, right now, we don't have a way for doing that. So you will still have to create 3 different plans
