suscriber status pending was created by Luis Fernandez
Hi friends, I am configurating OSMembership-pro. With my actual configuration, people can go to the subscription form, write the form and click on the subscription procces botton. If they don`t pay the sistem create a subscriber user anyway, with the "pending" status. Can I change this configuration in a way that the sistem only create a subscriber if he pays?
Thak you very much

Hi Luis
Unfortunately, it is not possible. Actually, the system create the subscription record before subscribers are redirected to the payment gateway, and mark it as Pending. Once users make the payment, it will change status from Pending to active. That's how it works

Hi Luis. Yes I see these records also. I found they come form.
1 - User not completing transactions.
2 - User deciding to not renew now because it is too early.
In both cases the subscription lists as pending and also a user ID of zero. I remove these carefully and manually but leave behind the offline ones if they do not also have a active one.
SOooo
I find pending ones, check user for an active one, then delete the "unwanted" record. I saw the exact same thing with AEC the previous software I used.
Do not turn on the plug in that deletes old records it will also delete user accounts.. and cause problems.
You have to live with this until Tuan can write a scraper daemon to remove them.
