why username field is not fill with username jooml was created by Franco
Hello
I have already users registered on my web site and I wuold like keep CB for registration of new users.
Now i wuold like to give free subscription to my old users, so i go to Subscriber Manager: Subscribers and i Click on new.
When I slect an user why it auto fills just fields "First name" and "email"
I was interested in partoculary It should fill the field username too.
Can you explain me how the fields of user are connected with joomla/CB/, I mean in base of what it auto fills fields
Thanks
Frank

Hi Frank
The extension has no field for username. It just has a field called user_id to match the subscription record with the user in Joomla.
When you select a user for the subscription record, it is assigned to that user already. So everything is working as expected and you don't have to worry about it

Thanks for your answer tuan
Other 2 questions
1)I have already a number of users registred in my web site by CB.
Now I would like give them a free subscriber for 2 month, I prefer assign by myself to them, and after expiring if they want can subscribe a plane.
Can you give me a suggest how to do a free plane and I assign it by myself?? There is the way to do a massive subscription for all my users?
2) Can I specify custom field in email for user (example [osm_customfield]) ??
Thanks
Frank
