double payments / subscribers & missing info

when a person subscribes to one of my membership pro plans i often get their subscription form/ email without all of the information. why? also, the system often processes payment twice, within a few seconds of each other, so i have to give a refund and look silly. why is this happening. i continually have to ask people for their information again (despite having fields as mandatory and they have typed in the info in every field) what is wrong ?

Hi Jen

Sorry, I don't know why it happens. What payment method you are using ? Could you give me more detailed explanation so that I can understand and answer your questions ? What payment method you are using ? What version of the extension you are using ?
