User profiles plans missing

I have 3 of my subscribers that were not showing up in the members list. Everything looks right when I check the subscribers list, but when I look at the profiles list, there is no plan listed for them which is why, I guess that they don't show up in the member list. I have re-saved each plan and each of the members with no success. Here are screen shots of the two items.
