Hi there, for some odd reason, the username field on the subscription has stopped showing up. Also, it is not checking for unique email address i.e. it doesn't tell me that the email has been taken on emails that already exist.
You can go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, find the config option Registration Integration, set it to Yes and username , password fields should be showed. Then check it again
