HI - any reason why am i getting this for new user subscription when they click on the activation link?

Hi Alex

I don't know why this issue happens. Do you use a third party extension like K2 on your site ? Seems this is something related to captcha doesn't work for some reasons

Maybe you should submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and the link to the page. I am going to check to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you
