Extending expiration date was created by kbarnes
My clients have year long memberships and all expire on the same date each year. They will want to extend the expiration date as the time approaches to give people extra time to renew dues.

When test this with Membership Pro, I can extend the expiration date for the plan and it changes. However, when I go to the Subscribers list the Active Time column does not change to reflect the new date.

Does this mean that I can't extend the expiration date and whatever date I put in initially must remain? Will those subscribers be automatically made inactive on the original date?

Thanks in advance.

Hi

Yes. Once users signed up, they will be expired at the date you setup in the subscription plan. You cannot extend subscription for users by changing the settings in the plan, you will need to go to Membership pro -> subscribers, edit each subscription record and change the expired date manually
