blank page on plans ( 4 exist )

Hi,

I am having blank pages come up here mnc.indigocat.net/memberships/membership-plans?id=1
and here mnc.indigocat.net/memberships/membership-plans?id=2

Both of these categories have 4 plans and multiple subscribers and none are showing up.

This is a development site so i can provide access via email for Administrator rights.

Please assist!
