Days for suscription Plans are overlapped

Regarding to subscription plans and the days users are active status.
If users have an active subscription and they purchase another one (user is active in different plans), would it be possible to add both plans avoiding gaps in time? For instance, as membershipPRO is intended for contents restriction for expired payments, if a user has a suscription that expires in three days and then he/she purchases a new monthly plan, I would rather that the monthly subscription begins the day when the older subscription expires. I mean, this method will avoid our users losing days from their subscriptions.

I attach a screenshot for a test user where you can see the user loses suscription days, from 1/02/2015 to 05/02/2015 because it´s overlapped with the days of the other plan.

It´s really hard to explain the "problem" or the limitations
