Access to a link X times

I need to have a plan created where the subscriber can click on a specific link 10 times (i.e. menu item). Then cannot click on it again.

Scenario: The subscriber is given a link to create users on the site (extension "Add User Front End" www.joomlacy.com ).
With the plan, I only want them the ability to create 10 new users (or 20 depending on the plan).

Can it be done? How can it be done?

Sorry, right now, we don't have any plugin which can handle this requirement. Will think more about it and might add support for it in the future, but it is not possible for now

Infact, we might have a workaround when version 1.6.9 released. Basically, with the new version, we have a feature called Group Membership. You can sign up for a plan, then you can add "group members" into the system - admin can decide how many group members can be added for each plan

That might solve your issue but I am not sure
