User email for plans for free - offline payment

Hi, I have noticed that is sent to an email request for transfer even if the plan does not provide a cost subscribed.

I use offline payment and then Membership Pro sends the email to request payment always.

Is there a way to turn off the email to request payment when the plan is free and payment is off line?

What the plan is free, the payment method should not be used. Seems something strange here. Could you send me the link to the page so that I can try myself ?

Hi Tuan, the site where I'm using Pro Membership has not yet free access.
I tried deleting the browser cache and I logout of the profile, now it seems that it works well.
Sorry but maybe depends on the data dirty environment test.
I'll let you know if there is the problem again.

Hi Tuan, I managed to create the condition of the problem.
If a user subscribes to a plan that requires off-line payment and after subscribes also another plan at no cost then the error occurs.
On the confirmation page (front-end) on the second plan (the one at no cost) that signed you view the page and created for off-line payment and sends the email to the off-line payment.
I hope I was clear.
I would like to know if there is a way not to sign another subscription if there is another active or pending.

well i just found that i have the same problem. In a free plan i receive the email for offline payment! is there a way of disabling it??? we are using offline payment only!
My specific problem is that when a user subscribes to a free plan he receives an offline payment mail.

Sorry. I found the issue and fixed it. So you can upgrade to version 1.6.9 of Membership Pro and the issue will be gone

Hi

All your settings and translation will be keep. Just simply update via Extensions Manager (install the new version over the old version as if you make a new install)
