Joomla Profile Not Updating For New Subscribers was created by Matt Hennessy
Hi Tuan,
I have "OS Membership - Userprofile plugin" enabled and it updates the Joomla profile when I make changes from the OS Membership Edit Profile page, although when a new user purchases a subscription, it only adds a name and email to their Joomla profile (I also have "OS Membership - Account creation plugin" to create an account for new subscribers). I also want it to add the address/city/state/zip code/phone when a user first registers -- and I have made sure that all fields have the correct values for "Joomla Profile Field Mapping."
Have I configured something wrong, or should the plugin be updating their entire Joomla profile when a subscriber first registers?

It would work correct if all the settings are correct. You can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check to see what's wrong and get it sorted for you
