Configuration question - create user on payment

Hello,

What is the correct configuration to have the Joomla user created once a payment is successful? I enabled this in the configuration page, but the "onMembershipActive" event isn't firing (or the plugin isn't being called).

I've successfully created plans, payment links, etc. and it is all going as expected, however the activation on payment is not (i.e. when the user clicks back into the local site, returning from the Payment Gateway).

The "OS Membership - Account creation plugin" is installed and published (activated).

Go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, find the config option "Only create user account when membership active/approved", set it to Yes and it will work as expected

I have it enabled already, as noted in my original comment "I enabled this in the configuration page".

I'm going to uninstall the package & retry on a fresh Joomla test environment. Is that the *only* thing I need to do to enable this feature?

Yes. And if you enable this feature, users will only be created after he completed payment for his subscription. What payment method you are using ? Did you complete payment for the subscription ?

Also, if you use Paypal, please make sure your site is on a live server and online mode (don't put it to offline mode, otherwise, it won't work)

The server is hosted on my localhost & I was using PayPal sandbox. I've just created a new Joomla test install online (not on localhost) to check the config.

I'll double check & reply if I need anything further.
