Using Coupons

Hi

I've created a coupon which is published and available against all plans but I don't see a field on the signup form to insert this coupon code.

Please go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, find the config option Enable Coupon, set it to Yes and you will see the coupon field on the form

I did that but the Membership system is still trying to direct me to PayPal even when I use a 100% discount coupon.

Then when I return to the site it shows the subscription as pending.

Any thoughts...?

Hi

I guess the reason is because your plan is a recurring subscription plan, and 100% coupon is not possible ( recurring subscription requires continuously payment)

Try to change the plan to onetime subscription plan and you will see that it is working as expected
