Trial Not Working For Me

I wanted to have a 5 day free trial for a membership then after that automatically renew for one month membership which will be 4.99. I faced some problems. It did the trial and never renewed the membership for a payment after the 5 days was over. it said user was expired then I tried another way and it said lifetime membership with no renewal paid It upset me so much I just removed trial and now its justa regular membership. I paid for this plugin and it seems its hard to configure. I've also read the documentation and it didnt help me. I wish you had video documentation. I've never had any problems with modules I mostly dont even look at documentations for other modules. With membership pro I had to and I still had problems. Please someone clear this up for me I'd like to use trial membership and I need specifics on how to make it work. I've emailed support and no help so I come here. Thanks.

Please follow the instruction below and it will work :

1. Set the price of the plan to 4.99

2. Set the subscription length to one month

3. Set recurring subscription to Yes

4. Set Trial amount to 0

5. Set trial duration to 5 days

Please try that settings and it will work as expected.

Among all of the membership extension for Joomla, I believe Membership Pro is the easiest one to use. When you need simple settings, you don't need to read documentation. However, when you need more advanced settings, you are sure have to read documentation or even need support from developer
