Optional recurring subscription

Today it is available the "Recurring settings" function. Very good, but...

It would be great that my clients could choose whether to activate this option automatically, rather than be Yes or No.

I would like to be able my client to choose whether to pay with the "offline method" that does not support the Recurring subscription, or pay with PayPal that supports this.

I know I could do two different Subscription Pan, but I have many subscription plan, and this would mean twofold.

I will add support for this feature into Membership Pro for sure. However, it will take time to implement and I am unsure at this time when will it be available (I have other features which I want to complete first).

So please be patient and wait for me. We will get there.
